CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY ACTIONS

The implementation of CSR initiatives promotes accountability, transparency and ethical behaviour, while taking into consideration the interests of our stakeholders.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: In an increasingly complex and interconnected world, we recognize that our decisions and activities have direct and indirect impacts on individuals and groups. A structured stakeholder mapping and engagement approach, supported by a communication plan, enables us to identify stakeholders and associated risks proactively and to address them in a strategic and effective manner.
  • ISO 37001:2016 – Anti-Bribery Management System: Logicom’s management recognizes the importance of operating in a transparent and ethical manner. For this reason, Logicom has established, implemented, and certified an Anti-Bribery Management System in accordance with the ISO 37001 standard.
  • Employee Training: Employee training on corporate social responsibility and business-related topics is conducted on a regular basis to support awareness, compliance, and professional development.

HUMAN RIGHTS POLICY

Logicom’s Human Rights Policy formalizes our long-standing commitment to uphold and respect human rights for all individuals.

This Policy establishes the framework through which Logicom identifies, prevents, and addresses actual or potential human rights impacts across its operations.
