Job Overview

Logicom Solutions is the largest IT integrator in Cyprus, with operations spanning in Greece and Malta. Our Sales Team sells and delivers across a portfolio of leading IT infrastructure and cybersecurity vendors, and every deal — from first quote to signed order to renewal — depends on accurate, fast-moving sales support.

Duties & Responsibilities

Owning CRM hygiene in Microsoft Dynamics 365 — keeping all opportunities and orders up to date and accurate.
Preparing commercial offers and financial quotes, maintaining accurate aggregation/pricing files.
Managing Microsoft CSP operational activities (quotes & orders).
Managing deal registrations with strategic vendors.
Tracking and preparing upcoming renewals ahead of expiry, flagging risk early.
Working directly with the sales team to remove operational bottlenecks from opportunity to order status.

Skills & Qualifications

University degree in Business Administration or related field.
Proven track record of at least 3 years’ experience in a Sales Operations position or equivalent.
Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365 strongly preferred).
Experience with Microsoft CSP licensing will be considered an advantage.
Comfort with Excel for pricing/financial work.
Familiarity with vendor partner programs / deal registration processes in IT distribution or reselling will be considered an advantage.
Fluent command of written and spoken Greek and English.
Precision and follow-through — this role is judged on accuracy and nothing slipping through.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).
