Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Delivery Assistant to support the successful execution of a large-scale network project within the public sector. This role involves assisting the Delivery Manager and Project Management Team in coordinating rollout activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Delivery Manager in the planning and execution of rollout activities.
  • Conducting regular follow-ups with stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Identifying stalled or delayed tasks and analysing root causes to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Maintaining and updating internal tracking tools and project management systems.
  • Preparing and delivering reports on rollout progress, delays, and overall performance.
  • Assisting in coordinating activities with the Engineering Team.
  • Providing administrative and back-office support to ensure smooth delivery operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, delivery support, or telecommunications/network operations (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel.

Remuneration

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
