Job Overview
We are hiring for an experienced Network Architect to join our Technology Solutions Services Team in Athens. The ideal candidate is a Cisco certified Network Architect who combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting skills and the ability to engage with all stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle.
The Network Architect will play a key role in designing, leading, and delivering enterprise networking solutions across enterprise and public-sector organizations on business-critical infrastructure projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Designing scalable, secure, resilient, and highly available enterprise network architectures based on Cisco technologies.
- Translating customer requirements into end-to-end solution architectures and implementation roadmaps.
- Conducting technology assessments, network health checks, optimization initiatives, and strategic consulting engagements.
- Providing Level 3/Level 4 technical expertise for complex customer escalations, as required.
- Fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
- Contributing to planning, prioritizing, and allocating engineering resources across multiple customer engagements and internal initiatives.
- Leading, mentoring, managing and evaluating a multidisciplinary Team of Engineers.
- Supporting continuous technical development by organizing and conducting training sessions for Team members, while encouraging Team’s growth through additional Cisco certifications.
- Playing a key role in successful project delivery through effective coordination, risk management, quality assurance, and technical oversight.
- Collaborating closely with Sales, Presales, Project Management, and Delivery teams to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
Skills & Qualifications
- Holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Bringing a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise networking solutions.
- Holding a current Cisco CCIE certification will be considered an advantage.
- Possessing proven experience in leading and managing engineering Teams.
- Demonstrating extensive hands-on expertise across Cisco enterprise networking technologies.
- Demonstrating professional working proficiency in English.
- Ability to communicate efficiently in a professional manner with external and internal stakeholders.
