Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the full cycle of renewal of service/ maintenance contracts with our end-customers, including the relevant purchasing of the products and services.
The position requires a committed and hard-working professional who is willing to learn and grow within this role.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Acting as the point of contact for the full cycle of Contract Renewal and Maintenance for end-customers and vendors.
- Developing maintenance plans for existing and newly onboarded clients for their installed base.
- Ensuring maintenance contracts to be renewed on-time as per the quality control standards (internal and vendor metrics).
- Keeping close collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams to create in a timely manner all required maintenance quotes, achieving renewal and upsell targets.
- Updating maintenance logs (historic data/ under support/ end of support) for our customers’ installed base.
- Updating existing contracts with new equipment and software, purchased by the customers during a maintenance period.
- Following up with customer orders and converting them into maintenance support contracts with the required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Generating cost effective quotes for renewals to the vendors.
- Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
- Creating Purchase Orders (POs) using the vendor specific application portals and Sales Orders (SOs) and contracts in the ERP system according to the signed agreement.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any other relevant field.
- Exposure to IT/ Technology Integrator environment will be considered an advantage.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel is required.
- Fluency in both Greek and English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high pressure and fast-paced environment.
