Job Overview
We are hiring for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Team in Nicosia, as the Integrated Management System (IMS) Officer.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with ISO standards, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO-certified processes, while also contributing to risk assessments, internal audits, employee training, and compliance with quality, environmental, CSR, information security, and anti-bribery requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting the IMS Manager to monitor the Integrated Management System (IMS) across the Group.
- Briefing colleagues on the procedures, the meaning and the importance of implementation and the relevant legislation.
- Conducting risk assessments on all operations of the Group, identifying quality assurance, environmental, corporate social responsibility, information security and bribery risks, reviewing and updating the risk assessment.
- Performing internal audits on the IMS.
- Assisting the IMS Manager with the implementation of CSR actions and events.
- Conducting Induction Trainings to newly hired employees.
- Following up and monitoring the eLearning trainings.
- Following up on the pending non-conformities related to the scope of the IMS.
- Monitoring the company's key performance indicators.
- Maintaining, improving and updating the electronic and printed documents of the IMS.
- Recording office waste.
- Properly following the work instructions related to the use, collection and disposal of electronic equipment, packaging, cartridges, batteries and paper.
- Assisting colleagues on the proper implementation of environmental measures.
- Reporting in good faith any attempted, suspected or actual bribery or any issue or suspicion of malpractice.
Skills & Qualifications
- University degree in Business studies or a related field.
- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant position.
- Qualified Auditor.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
- Computer literate, good writing skills.
- Organizational skills and analytical thinking.
- Communication skills.
- Time Management.
- Fostering teamwork.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
Remuneration
