Job Overview

The Cloud Operations Leader will own the strategy, reliability, security, and cost-effective operations of the Group’s cloud platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting business growth and transformation initiatives across Azure, AWS, and OCI.

The Cloud Operations Leader will manage and lead incident and problem management, implementing proactive monitoring and selfhealing systems, and by overseeing all security measures including identity, access, vulnerability management, and marketplace security alerts.

The Cloud Operations Leader will also manage strategic relationships with cloud providers and partners, lead contract governance and service reviews, collaborate with business stakeholders to balance cost and performance, and continuously improve operational maturity, automation, reliability, and user experience.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing Logicom Cloud Marketplace (LCMP) services, including additions, deletions, updates, and billing rule maintenance, provisioning and migration guides for cloud and marketplace services.
  • Managing vendor backend platforms and integrations, including Partner Center integrations and supporting reseller LCMP integrations and onboarding.
  • Owning LCMP pricing models, discount structures, and pricing calculations, maintaining and governing country-specific marketplaces.
  • Prioritizing LCMP features aligned with development roadmaps and Group priorities, driving new and existing feature requests and improvements based on Logicom business needs.
  • Leading feature testing across security roles, capabilities, and user scenarios.
  • Managing reseller dashboards and marketplace user experience, pop-ups and in-platform guidance.
  • Driving platform capability announcements, internal enablement, and partner training.
  • Maintaining Help Center and knowledge base content.
  • Driving automation initiatives including reporting distribution, notifications, FX rate updates, and credit limit monitoring.
  • Handling LCMP Terms and Conditions including terms of use, reseller agreements, privacy policies, and product T&Cs.
  • Working closely with the ERP Team to maintain and improve marketplace billing integrations with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
  • Owning LCMP user roles, permissions, security capabilities, and audit logs.
  • Owning and executing the Company’s security plan, including alerts, reaction plans, responsibilities, and operational procedures, including Partner Center security alerts.
  • Supporting operations including ISO monitoring, Ticketing Systems, CSS, HR coordination, and partner escalations.
  • Managing Premier Support contracts for partners, including contract governance and performance monitoring.
  • Evaluating, onboarding, and operating new platforms and services.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in Technology, Cloud, or Business disciplines will be considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar operational frameworks.
  • Experience in operations across Cloud technology vendors or similar.
  • Experience leading small teams, managing providers, and handling contract governance.
  • Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with marketplace services, vendor Partner Centers, and vendor backend integrations will be considered an advantage.
  • Cloud Certifications such as Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400), Amazon Web Services – AWS (e.g., Solutions Architect, SysOps, DevOps), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure – OCI certifications or similar will be considered an advantage.

Remuneration

A remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate in line with the Company’s compensation scheme and based on the qualifications and experience.
