Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Cloud Data Analyst to join our Cloud Finance team. The successful candidate will support the monitoring, analysis, reporting, and automation of Cloud financial and operational data across Logicom’s Cloud business. The role provides exposure to large-scale data operations and cloud marketplace processes, with a strong focus on data accuracy, reconciliation, and process optimisation.

The Cloud Data Analyst will work closely with the Head of Finance – Cloud, as well as Finance and Cloud Operations teams across multiple countries, contributing to data integrity, reporting efficiency, and continuous process improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the reconciliation of data between Vendor systems and internal systems
  • Support the monitoring and validation of cloud transactions, billing records, and financial data
  • Prepare, maintain, and enhance recurring operational and financial reports
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytical reports
  • Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources using Excel, Power Query, and other analytical tools
  • Monitor cloud marketplace activities and identify anomalies, inconsistencies, or exceptions
  • Support the automation of monthly billing and financial processes
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Cloud teams across multiple countries
  • Maintain clear documentation of reports, processes, and data models
  • Contribute to the optimization and automation of data and reporting workflows
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and potential risks
  • Support ad-hoc reporting, business analysis, and management requests
  • Monitor, in cooperation with the countries finance, operations, and cloud teams, the financial aspect of the vendor incentive funds and detail and up-to-date recording in ERP
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Distribution Finance and Cloud Leads

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance/ Accounting, Business Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, or any other relevant field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, ideally in Accounting/Finance/ Data Analysis.
  • Finance or Accounting knowledge will be considered a strong advantage with a solid understanding of financial/accounting concepts (revenue, cost, billing processes)
  • Ability to work effectively with large and complex datasets
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level)
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI
  • Knowledge of Power Query
  • Strong data analysis, validation, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Fluency in both Greek and English is required
  • Self-motivated, passionate about technology, great team-player, excellent problem solver and ethical
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor.
