Job Overview

The Cisco Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth, brand awareness, and demand generation for the business across the Group.

The role works closely with the Vendor, Sales, Presales, and Marketing Teams across the Group, to deliver impactful campaigns, manage marketing investments, and support the achievement of strategic and commercial objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing the central marketing strategy of the Logicom Cisco Central Team (CCT) in accordance with internal and vendor guidelines.
  • Managing the annual marketing budget and building quarterly marketing plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
  • Managing Logicom Cisco Marketing Team resources located in regional offices, monitoring execution, ensuring brand consistency, and enforcing compliance.
  • Sharing knowledge and best practices across the Logicom Cisco Marketing Team.
  • Developing new digital and traditional marketing initiatives for the effective promotion of Cisco products, services, and solutions to defined audiences.
  • Supporting the growth of Logicom routes to market, including Managed Services through targeted marketing activities.
  • Managing the Logicom Cisco website, landing pages, and social media presence.
  • Overseeing the creation and development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.
  • Building and executing centralized email marketing and social media communication plans.
  • Managing sponsorships and participation in regional Cisco events and partner activities.
  • Maintaining and improving marketing ROI measurement, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Identifying opportunities for competitive differentiation and providing market and competitive intelligence.
  • Collaborating closely with internal sales and presales teams to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Ensuring continuous compliance with company policies, vendor requirements, and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or professional marketing certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the IT, technology, telecommunications, or distribution sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies and demand generation programs.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed Teams.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural, and matrix-managed environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence Teams across multiple locations.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
