Product Manager, Poly & Unified Communications - Logicom Distribution - Dubai, UAE

Job Overview

The Product Manager for Poly & Unified Communications will lead the strategy, commercial performance, and growth of Poly audio, video conferencing, and collaboration solutions.

This role will be responsible for defining the UC business roadmap, driving vendor relationships, developing the channel ecosystem, and managing GTM execution across the region.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Owning the Poly & UC product portfolio strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensuring product positioning aligns with market needs, competitive landscape, and BU objectives.
  • Leading quarterly business reviews, joint business planning, and marketing funding discussions with vendors.
  • Aligning price lists, promotions, rebates, and commercial programs according to vendor strategy.
  • Ensuring vendor compliance, certification, and branding standards.
  • Building and scaling a strong UC channel ecosystem: resellers, AV integrators, system integrators, and UC service providers.
  • Developing partner recruitment and tiering programs to support category expansion.
  • Delivering sales enablement materials, product training, technical FAQs, and competitive insights.
  • Owning revenue forecasting, inventory planning, and quarterly sell-through/sell-out targets.
  • Building GTM strategies for Poly & UC categories including campaigns, events, and product launches.
  • Leading execution of local marketing activities including webinars, roadshows, demand gen, and partner events.
  • Working with marketing teams to develop datasheets, case studies, landing pages, and digital content.
  • Driving demo programs, POC kits, and customer experience engagements.
  • Overseeing SKU creation, pricing updates, promotions, and inventory allocations.
  • Ensuring smooth coordination with logistics, finance, sales, and service teams.
  • Creating onboarding roadmaps for new vendors including certification alignment, SKU mapping, and sales enablement.
  • Attending global UC/AV trade shows and partner summits to scout next‑generation technologies and partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–7 years of experience in IT distribution, UC, AV, collaboration technologies, or product management.
  • Strong knowledge of UC ecosystems.
  • Experience working with regional channel ecosystems and vendor management.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
  • High-level presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).
