Product Manager, Microsoft CSP - Logicom Distribution - Dubai, UAE

Job Overview

The Product Manager will lead the Microsoft CSP business across the Gulf region by driving revenue growth, expanding the partner ecosystem, developing go-to-market strategies, and ensuring achievement of sales and profitability targets.

The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Microsoft directly and channel partners, lead high-performing Sales and Presales Teams, and drive cloud adoption, marketplace growth, and operational excellence across Microsoft cloud solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Owning and delivering Microsoft CSP revenue and profitability targets across the assigned Gulf countries.
  • Developing and executing business plans to achieve sales growth and increase market share.
  • Monitoring business performance, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
  • Building a healthy, high-conversion sales pipeline and providing accurate forecasting to Cloud Business Unit leadership.
  • Analyzing market trends and identifying new growth opportunities within Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Developing and expanding the indirect partner ecosystem by recruiting, enabling, and supporting Microsoft partners.
  • Working closely with partners to build go-to-market (GTM) strategies that increase cloud consumption and partner profitability.
  • Promoting the adoption of Logicom Marketplace as the preferred platform for Microsoft CSP transactions.
  • Conducting business reviews with strategic partners and driving account planning initiatives.
  • Supporting partners with commercial guidance, licensing models, and Microsoft programs.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with Microsoft regional teams.
  • Collaborating with Microsoft to align on product strategy, campaigns, incentive programs, and growth initiatives.
  • Leveraging Microsoft incentives, rebates, and funding programs to maximize business outcomes.
  • Staying current with Microsoft's commercial policies, licensing changes, and strategic priorities.
  • Defining and executing the Logicom Microsoft CSP product strategy.
  • Identifying emerging market opportunities, including AI, Agentic AI, Security, Modern Work, Azure, and Cloud Migration.
  • Translating market intelligence into actionable initiatives for partners and internal teams.
  • Driving innovative programs that accelerate cloud adoption.
  • Leading and developing a team of sales and presales professionals supporting the Microsoft CSP business.
  • Defining team objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Coaching team members to improve productivity, technical knowledge, and sales effectiveness.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Championing the adoption and continuous improvement of Logicom Marketplace.
  • Gathering partner and internal feedback to enhance marketplace functionality and user experience.
  • Collaborating with operations, finance, and technical teams to streamline CSP processes and remove operational bottlenecks.
  • Driving automation and process improvements that simplify cloud transactions and improve partner satisfaction.
  • Preparing regular business reviews, forecasts, and executive reports.
  • Tracking key performance indicators and communicating business performance to senior management.
  • Ensuring compliance with Microsoft policies, distributor requirements, and internal governance standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud, distribution, channel management, or technology sales.
  • Proven experience managing sales targets and driving business growth across multiple markets.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft CSP licensing, Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, and related cloud solutions.
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft incentive programs, partner ecosystem, and commercial structures.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, including sales and presales professionals.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate, influence, and build executive-level relationships.
  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and business planning skills.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills in English.

Remuneration

A remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate in line with the Company’s compensation scheme and based on the qualifications and experience.
