Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Presales Engineer to join our NetApp Team at our Dubai offices.

The Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients, including but not limited to webinars and training initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned territory accounts.
  • Leading solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and supplier personnel.
  • Ensuring compliance based on agreements and certifications.
  • Driving adoption of company programs among assigned accounts.
  • Executing presales and solution design by developing proposals, estimating service costs, and defining the scope of work to optimize solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with the other Teams to create and develop opportunities and solutions.
  • Conducting on-site and off-site visits to client locations to gather requirements and present solutions.
  • Participating in sales support, presenting and conducting POC to demonstrate the solution’s value and benefits to the client.
  • Enhancing knowledge and skills proactively by continuously learning new and evolving products and achieving relevant industry and professional certifications.
  • Achieving personal objectives by confirming the feasibility of all solutions designed and implemented.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a field related to Business and/ or Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position within the IT industry.
  • Good command of English and Arabic in speaking, listening, and writing.
  • Solid presentation skills required.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about technology, great team-player, excellent problem solver and ethical.
  • Adaptable to work under tight schedules and pressure.

Remuneration

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
