Channel Account Manager- HPE Servers, Storage and Services - Logicom Distribution – UAE/ -Abu Dhabi

Job Overview

The HPE Channel Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the HPE partner ecosystem in Abu Dhabi, driving business growth across the HPE portfolio, including Servers, Storage, Hybrid IT Solutions, and Services. The role focuses on channel development, partner relationship management, business planning, opportunity creation, and revenue growth through existing and new reseller partners.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with assigned channel partners in Abu Dhabi.
  • Drive sales growth across HPE Servers, Storage, and Services portfolios.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market coverage.
  • Support partners in identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities.
  • Work closely with HPE and internal sales teams to drive strategic initiatives and market development activities.
  • Conduct regular partner visits, business reviews, and pipeline assessments.
  • Provide partners with commercial guidance, product positioning, and go-to-market support.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborate and drive partner enablement activities, including training, certifications, and awareness sessions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within partner organizations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or business development within the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HPE Servers, Storage, and Services portfolios.
  • Experience working with distributors, resellers, system integrators, and channel partners.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions around Servers, hybrid Cloud, backup and Storage.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Strong sales forecasting and pipeline management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
  • Experience working with HPE, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, Cisco, or other enterprise infrastructure vendors.
  • Existing channel relationships within the UAE market, particularly in Abu Dhabi, will be a strong advantage.

REMUNERATION

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).
