HPE Runrate Business Development Manager - Logicom Distribution - Bucharest, Romania

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HPE Runrate Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Sales Team at our Bucharest offices. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and expanding the run-rate business for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) products and services through our network of channel partners and resellers.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing strategies to grow HPE’s run-rate business across assigned partners and territories.
  • Building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with key HPE channel partners and resellers.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving incremental revenue through effective partner engagement.
  • Promoting HPE campaigns, incentives, and promotions to increase partner participation and sales.
  • Providing training and enablement to partners on HPE products, pricing tools, and sales programs.
  • Collaborating with internal sales, marketing, and vendor Teams to deliver cohesive channel growth initiatives.
  • Monitoring sales performance, analysing data, and reporting progress against quarterly and annual targets.
  • Ensuring partners are up to date with HPE’s latest technologies, programs, and certification requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in IT channel sales, distribution, or vendor management, ideally with HPE or similar enterprise technology vendors.
  • Strong understanding of IT hardware, storage, servers, and networking solutions.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Commercial acumen with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and HPE platforms such as iQuote or Partner Ready Portal is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset).

Remuneration

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer.
