Microsoft Product Manager - Logicom Distribution - Casablanca, Morocco

Job Overview

We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join the Logicom Microsoft Team. The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales activities and Go-To-Market (GTM) plans with Microsoft, to follow-up with new program developments and to proactively create and share announcements.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Having the overall responsibility for achieving the required business results in relation to Microsoft Sales for the assigned Microsoft solutions set or partner set in the country.
  • Developing and executing Go-To-Market plans for Microsoft. Being responsible to follow-up with all countries and to ensure proper execution end-to-end.
  • Executing the Microsoft strategy towards the achievement of business goals and targets.
  • Designing and managing tele-sales strategies and utilizing them for the achievement of results in the assigned solutions, territory, or partner set.
  • Improving Micosoft Go-To-Market strategy by aligning with all required key stakeholders and proactively proposing and implementing new initiatives.
  • Defining and using the appropriate marketing requirements to support the Logicom Microsoft sales.
  • Identifying and promoting up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Defining and executing Sales Enablement programs for the internal sales and resellers.
  • Leading and participating in customer sales briefings as needed.
  • Providing guidance and insights to the Microsoft Team across all countries to achieve the anticipated results.
  • Actively participating and occasionally leading seminars and marketing events.
  • Being always up to date with Microsoft program changes, designing and executing awareness utilizing any of the available communication channels, monitoring KPIs and ensuring the accomplishment of all applied ROI objectives.
  • Providing weekly reporting on all aspects of business to Country and Cloud BU management lines.
  • Being willing to travel within its assigned territory.
  • Being flexible in working off-hours for any urgent matters.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or any other related field.
  • More than 5 years of working experience in a sales roles with preference in Microsoft/Cloud sales.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about technology, great team-player, excellent problem solver and ethical.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint at expert level. Any Microsoft certification will be considered as an advantage.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
