Job Overview

We are hiring for a Marketing Specialist to be responsible for supporting, developing and implementing the company’s existing and upcoming campaigns and strategies. This position will be based at our offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Supporting in conducting market research and analyzing consumer behavior and industry trends to identify target audiences and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional Teams to create and execute integrated marketing plans across various channels including digital, social media, print, events, etc.
  • Collaborating with the local Team to create compelling content for marketing materials such as websites, brochures, presentations, and press releases.
  • Helping manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and online campaigns.
  • Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics, track campaign effectiveness, and generate reports to evaluate ROI.
  • Planning and coordinating events, exhibitions, and trade shows to help enhance the Logicom brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Working closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and high-quality marketing materials.
  • Staying up to date with industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices in marketing and incorporate them into the company’s marketing strategies.
  • Attending training sessions and acquiring relevant certifications.
  • Performing any additional duties that are suitable for the position.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or another Business-related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of Marketing experience (Experience in marketing within the IT Services will be an advantage).
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language in both verbal and written is considered a must.
  • The capacity to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of brands.
  • Ability to implement comprehensive marketing goals, strategies, and plans.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver successful outcomes under tight deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies.

Remuneration

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.
