Job Overview

The NetApp Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales of Data Center Storage solutions. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with Partners, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions that leverage technology.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leading the sales efforts for the products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Developing and managing strategic account plans, working closely with Account Technology Specialists and partners.
  • Handling the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiation.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
  • Using a consultative approach to understand customer challenges and proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with internal Teams and partners to identify and capture sales opportunities.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in ICT distribution.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with customers and partners.
  • Understanding market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
