Marketing & Operations Specialist - Logicom Distribution - Athens, Cyprus

Job Overview

The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring all marketing activities for Greece and Cyprus. The Specialist will work closely with internal Teams, Partners, and Vendors to ensure alignment with business objectives, drive partner engagement, and support sales growth through effective marketing initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns across Greece and Cyprus.
• Managing end-to-end event planning, including webinars, workshops, and partner/ customer events.
• Developing and adapting marketing content and materials in line with Vendor guidelines and local market needs.
• Collaborating with the sales Team to align marketing activities with business priorities and pipeline goals.
• Managing budgets, reporting, and claims related to Vendor marketing funds.
• Tracking campaign performance, measuring ROI, and providing regular updates and insights.
• Ensuring timely submission of marketing activities and proof of execution in Vendors’ systems.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT/distribution/technology sector.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Reporting

To the Marketing Manager, Greece.
