Inside Sales Representative - Logicom Distribution - Athens, Greece

Job Overview

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will focus on customer service to be located at the Logicom Distribution offices in Aspropyrgos, Attiki, Greece. This position involves managing inquiries from current clientele, calling new potential clients and client business referrals.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
• Placing orders, order processing, customer service.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
• Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients.
• Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
• Working with sales team when closing sale.
• Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales.
• Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
• Closing sales and working with clients through closing process.

Skills & Qualifications

• 1-2 years Sales experience, preferably in a software company
• Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn
• Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferre
