Job Overview

We are hiring for a Product Manager to handle the product management functions related to consumer and commercial Vendors within the Logicom portfolio.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing and owning the planning and execution of the Vendor’s strategies and objectives.
  • Managing and owning the overall revenue and GP budgets of the Vendors assigned by Management.
  • Ensuring both the internal and Vendors’ Channel reach objectives are consistently met.
  • Visiting reseller partners to create loyalty, strengthen relationships, and generate demand.
  • Maintaining and overseeing the relationship with key strategic Partners and Vendors.
  • Vendor Relationships: Cultivating long-term, trust-based relationships with vendor stakeholders through consistent engagement, strategic alignment, and collaborative planning to maximise mutual growth and compliance.
  • Reseller Relationships: Building and nurturing strong partnerships with resellers by providing tailored support, proactive communication, and joint business development activities to drive loyalty and sustained demand.
  • Supporting strategic deals and managing RFPs/tenders driven by partners and vendors.
  • Building quotes based on reseller requests – following-up to convert into orders.
  • Placing Purchase Orders to Vendors and Sales Orders to resellers and ensuring that their execution from ordering to invoicing in complete.
  • Managing the overall inventory, including the profile, Weeks of Stocks (WoS), ageing and other assigned related metrics.
  • Overseeing trade receivables KPIs and ensuring alignment with the company’s financial interests.
  • Overseeing the execution of the Vendors’ channel development and demand generation plans and strategies.
  • Driving and overseeing the periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) planning sessions with relevant Vendors’ stakeholders.
  • Overseeing the planning and execution of marketing plans and strategies tailored to the local ecosystem.
  • Ensuring both internal and the Vendors’ Compliance and Governance policies and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
  • Planning and aiming to maintain a leading market share position within the respective distribution landscape.
  • Ensuring the Company/ Team meet the technical qualifications (including all applicable certificates) set by the Vendors, as and when applicable.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a computer related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management or similar engagement.
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle management, demand and supply planning.
  • Inventory management skills.
  • Good understanding of business standards with hands on knowledge of managing WOS, calculating inventory etc.
  • Planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
