Job Overview
The Presales Solutions Architect needs to provide Presales support of company’s IT Infrastructure solutions including Datacenter, Networking and Security solutions. To manage and develop existing and new clients, respond to customer requirements whilst achieve revenue and margin targets, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The position is based in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting Presales for IT Infrastructure solutions, including Datacenter (Server, Storage, Virtualization, Backup), as well as Networking and Security products and services to customers.
  • Supporting the inside sales team for the Datacenter, Networking and Security solution designs and proposals, including sizing and communication with the appropriate vendors.
  • Promoting the Company’s IT Infrastructure products and services to clients, including preparation of proposals, technical descriptions and documentation as well as the relevant presentations.
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives.
  • Working with the team to achieve presales targets.
  • Attending trainings and achieve presales Certifications.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or in a related field.
  • Master’s degree in a related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Presales Consultant.
  • Sales expertise in articulating technology solutions and establishing credibility and “trusted advisor” status with customer's technical decision-makers and business stakeholders.
  • Experience working with customers, sales personnel and/or customer services.
  • Experience in the related industry disciplines and technologies and related application experience.
  • Experience resolving more complex technical issues and integration of multiple products to create turn-key solutions.
  • Results oriented.
  • Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in Greek & English.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
