Περιγραφή Θέσης

Αναζητούμε ένα άτομο για τη θέση του/ της Λειτουργού Τηλεφωνικής Υποστήριξης, με σκοπό την παροχή βοήθειας και τεχνικής υποστήριξης στους πελάτες για ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα. Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα αποτελεί το πρώτο σημείο επικοινωνίας για τους πελάτες, παρέχοντας λύσεις και απαντήσεις, διασφαλίζοντας μια ομαλή εμπειρία χρήσης της πλατφόρμας.

Ο/ Η Λειτουργός Τηλεφωνικής Εξυπηρέτησης θα εργάζεται Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή 08:00-16:00.

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες

  • Ανταπόκριση σε εισερχόμενες τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις από πελάτες που χρειάζονται βοήθεια με την χρήση της διαδικτυακής πλατφόρμας.
  • Παροχή οδηγιών με σαφήνεια και ακρίβεια στους χρήστες σχετικά με τη χρήση της πλατφόρμας.
  • Αντιμετώπιση και απάντηση ερωτήσεων σχετικά με τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα, τις προθεσμίες και άλλες σχετικές πληροφορίες.
  • Εντοπισμός και επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων.
  • Ακριβής καταγραφή ερωτήσεων, τα σχόλιων και λύσεων που παρέχονται στους πελάτες στο σύστημα υποστήριξης.
  • Διατήρηση αρχείου για συχνά ζητήματα, ώστε να εντοπίζονται τάσεις και να προτείνονται βελτιώσεις σε σχέση με την χρήση της πλατφόρμας.
  • Παροχή ενημερώσεων στους πελάτες σχετικά με εργασίες συντήρησης του συστήματος, διακοπές λειτουργίας ή αλλαγές.

Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή ισοδύναμος τίτλος.
  • Άριστη γνώση και χρήση Ελληνικής γλώσσας.
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και διάθεση εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.
  • Βασικές γνώσεις χειρισμού Ηλεκτρονικών Υπολογιστών.
  • Υπομονή και ενσυναίσθηση κατά την υποστήριξη πελατών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων και εκείνων με περιορισμένες τεχνικές γνώσεις.
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και εργασίας υπό πίεση, ιδιαίτερα σε περιόδους αιχμής.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και εξαιρετική διαχείριση χρόνου και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.

Note that a separate agreement between you and the Company Doctor regarding Data Privacy will need to be signed.
