Job Overview

We are hiring for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the planning and execution of a large-scale network migration project. The TPM will be responsible for managing schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies while maintaining close coordination with the delivery manager, architect, and business stakeholders. A solid understanding of IT infrastructure and networking is expected, although deep technical expertise is not required.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Owning the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning to execution and closure.
  • Defining scope, creating rollout plans, tracking KPIs, and managing reporting.
  • Aligning with the network architect and technical delivery manager to ensure feasibility of timelines and tasks.
  • Running daily stand-ups, weekly status reviews, risk logs, and stakeholder updates.
  • Tracking deliverables, budgets, and change requests.
  • Driving issue resolution and escalation management during migration phases.
  • In addition to project oversight, the TPM will manage resource schedules, mentor Team members where needed, and ensure Team alignment and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of project management experience in infrastructure/networking domains.
  • Proven experience managing multi-site or multi-phase rollouts.
  • Comfortable leading technical teams and understanding engineering constraints.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure components (switches, firewalls, VPNs, SD-WAN).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer.
