Job Overview

We are hiring for a Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day coordination of a complex network migration project across multiple sites. The Technical Delivery Manager will work with the Project Manager, Network Architect, and engineering Teams to ensure that the technical workstreams stay on track and rollout activities are executed smoothly.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Acting as the bridge between engineers, architect, and project manager to ensure daily alignment.
  • Coordinating technical rollout tasks such as site readiness, migration windows, and engineer availability.
  • Participating in technical meetings, understanding the scope and action points, and ensuring follow-ups.
  • Tracking and reporting on engineering task progress, technical blockers, and incident resolution.
  • Supporting planning of cutovers, dry runs, and rollback testing (without doing the technical work).
  • Maintaining clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • This role will also involve managing the engineering team’s schedules, monitoring their workload, and providing guidance and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of migration tasks.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in managing technical deliverables in infrastructure or network-related projects.
  • Familiarity with basic networking concepts (e.g., routing, firewalls, IP addressing, VPN).
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and people management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and project leadership.
  • Experience working in large-scale IT environments with multiple workstreams.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer.
