Job Overview
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing programs and activities, the coordination of marketing programs for specific Vendors and the development of product and company related communications (off-line and digital) in coordination with the Group Marketing Manager.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborating and coordinating with local Teams, Vendors, and product managers, to define quarterly and yearly objectives and developing in-country marketing plans.
- Providing budget and ROI forecasting for in-country Vendors’ activities and ensure that all activities have steady progress and are executed on time, utilizing the total budget, and are fully compliant with the vendors’ and the Company’s guidelines.
- Documenting in-country activities in the internal customer relationship management system (CRM) and the Vendors’ Portals when needed.
- Monitoring and reporting in-country and specific Vendors’ local activities performance, submitting claims for marketing activities within the set deadlines and ensuring maximum utilization of available vendors’ funds.
- Ensuring strategic channel partner programs and marketing plans of specific Vendors are executed on time by local Teams, including but not limited to, customer events and reward/ incentive programs, sell through programs and channel marketing promotions for assigned product lines.
- Supporting local and central Team in organizing external and internal events, trade shows and industry exhibitions.
- Sourcing content for website and social media platforms in coordination with other departments, to drive web traffic, generate awareness and other business objectives.
- Facilitating internal and external onboarding of new Vendors, in coordination with the Management Team.
- Coordinating the yearly media plans implementation, in alignment with the Group Marketing Manager.
- Supporting the central marketing Team in the production of corporate materials and communications (i.e., business, and departmental presentations, brochures, stationery, newsletter, and others.).
Skills & Qualifications
- University Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or in another Business-related field.
- At least 3 years of Marketing experience (Experience in marketing within the IT Distribution/ Services will be an advantage).
- The capacity to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of brands.
- Ability to implement comprehensive marketing goals, strategies, and plans.
- Proven ability to manage or be part of simultaneous projects to successful completion under tight deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- Strong organizational skills.
