Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated e-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Logicom e-Commerce B2B portal across various countries. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of e-Commerce operations, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional Teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the day-to-day administration and content updates of the Logicom e-Commerce portal across multiple international markets.
  • Responsible for regularly updating pricing information for existing items across our B2B websites.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers and Partners to identify and resolve web-related issues. Coordinating with web developers to address technical problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Facilitating close cooperation with the Sales and Marketing Departments to augment the visibility and promotional efforts of the e-commerce platform.
  • Administering and ensuring the integrity of the ERP Navision system, maintaining accurate and current information for various countries.
  • Conducting training sessions for both internal Product Managers and external partners to optimize their use of the e-commerce platform.
  • Overseeing the creation and management of Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) and their addition to the import tool.
  • Working in conjunction with Marketing Teams across different countries to efficiently execute marketing promotions.
  • Collaborating with web developers to facilitate the integration of new features and enhancements from the ERP system into the e-commerce platform.
  • Striving to meet and exceed the annual targets established for e-commerce operations.
  • Responding to new inquiries regarding the e-commerce portal, ensuring timely and precise solutions to user queries and issues.
  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency within e-commerce operations and proposing and implementing strategies to improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Performing any other duties or tasks as required by management, contributing to the successful execution of e-commerce operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, E-commerce, or a field that is closely related.
  • Relevant experience in e-commerce operations, preferably within a multinational environment would be considered an advantage.
  • Previous engagement with Dynamics 365 Business Central, Navision, or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems constitutes a beneficial attribute.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and web technologies will be considered an advantage.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in both the Greek and English languages are required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding Google Analytics 4 , GTM and Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based work environments.
  • Computer proficiency and willingness to learn other web-based tools.
  • Superior problem-solving capabilities accompanied by a proactive stance towards the identification and resolution of issues.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
