Job Overview

As the Director for HP/HPE, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our partnership across the Group. The Director will be based in Dubai, UAE, and will need to have a strong track record in sales and product management, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leading Logicom’s engagement with HP/HPE across the Group, with an emphasis on Strategy, Sales and Business Development, Planning and Governance.
  • Leading the team in quarterly & annual plans and reviews.
  • Evaluating channels sales data and develop sales plans, target attainment follow up.
  • Monitoring sales forecasts, generating and sharing Sales and Progress reports to management.
  • Liaising with the Product Managers and Business Unit Managers in different countries to ensure that the quarterly sales and business development targets are met.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to foster growth and excellence within the team.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and quality controls.
  • Optimizing and streamlining inventory processes for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales, business development, and leadership roles within the technology industry.
  • Deep understanding of HP & HPE technology solutions, key features, and competitive positioning.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU and Middle East as needed.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
