Job Overview

Cloud Account Manager is a unique role in its ability to effectively leverage Logicom’s portfolio of cloud technologies to create market opportunities, building strong relationships with partners to meet customers’ needs and enabling them for the digital transformation journey.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Improving relationship with existing partners and helping them increase their Cloud business revenue by selling more to existing clients and attracting new clients.
  • Attracting new partners to Logicom and leading activation and enablement activities to help them be successful on selling Logicom’s Cloud solutions.
  • Ensuring attainment of Logicom’ s KPIs for Reach (attract new partners), Frequency (increase number of transactions per partner) and Yield (increase revenue per partner).
  • Continuously assessing Customer business requirements, maintaining and educating stakeholders on product’s value proposition and cloud strategy.
  • Preparing presentations and presenting to customers' products or services with all their values and advantages.
  • Creating, leading and driving related marketing, sales, and educational activities on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring that all related activities including after-sales support and the management of marketing funds is done as per the company and related Vendor procedures.
  • Working closely with the Presales and vendor teams on business opportunities and pitches for business.
  • Quickly responding to partners’ enquiries and preparing and communicating professional commercial quotations that are addressing the customer requirements following Logicom’s processes and policies.
  • Keeping up with Microsoft Cloud technological trends and products as well as sales and presales certifications to ensuring a high level of technological awareness and understanding. This includes holding and maintaining the necessary certificates for Logicom to meet Vendor requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other IT related field. Master’s degree will be considered as an additional advantage.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a sales role.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Dubai market with focus on MSPs and VARs.
  • Essential knowledge and skills around Microsoft’s CSP program and solutions with a focus on: Modern Work and Security solutions, Business Applications, Azure.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

Remuneration

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.

Note that a separate agreement between you and the Company Doctor regarding Data Privacy will need to be signed.
