Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible to build & maintain relationships with partners and drive sustained growth for our business in Romania. He/she must possess a unique blend of business and technical practical understanding; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Channel Development such as identifying suitable channel partners per product & service, supplying enablement services to channel and growing the units channel partner by numbers & revenue.
  • Establishing and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth.
  • Establishing relationship with partners at all organization levels including senior executives.
  • Recruiting and developing business relationship with new partners
  • Sharing feedback to planning, executing and managing promotional activities to drive on significant sales growth.
  • Full engagement with Partners business managers’ team.
  • Achieving assigned quota for products and services.
  • Liaising with vendor and partner sales team to effectively manage and close deals.
  • Providing accurate sales forecast.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's business degree or relevant.
  • At least 8 years of experience as an Account Manager, Channel Manager, Channel Business Development Manager, or Distribution Account Manager.
  • Understanding of Partner business models, relationship building and capturing partner mindshare.
  • Experience selling and supporting as-a-service consumptions models with both hardware & software solutions.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to channel partners across the country.
  • Adept at delivering “one to many” sales enablement presentations (live and virtually).
  • A self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed environment and able to manage multiple competing priorities with various internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build viable solutions using creativity and innovation. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
  • Must be able to travel within the country.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
