Job Overview

The Warehouse Staff will support the receipt, management, and distribution of products handled in the warehouse, including receiving from Vendors and delivering to Clients. Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Staff will be responsible for the smooth operation of the company's warehouse.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receiving, inspecting, and placing goods in the warehouse according to workplace health and safety regulations.
  • Loading/unloading goods.
  • Monitoring orders expected from suppliers and updating involved parties.
  • Planning deliveries based on product availability and customer requests.
  • Timely preparation of shipping documents.
  • Timely delivery of orders.
  • Assistance and support in periodic stock-takes, conducted four times a year.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school graduate.
  • At least two years of experience as a Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or in a similar role.
  • Forklift license and experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience in an IT company’s warehouse will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with Navision will be considered an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
