Job Overview

The Telesales Support Specialist person will focus on supporting the sales Teams on operational issues.

Duties & Responsibilities

Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Building pipelines with channel partners and Team members to close sales.
Maintaining databases of prospective client information.
Closing sales and working with client through closing processes.
Supporting Sales Teams’ various functional operations within a sales channel and maintaining operational processes in support of the channel.
Giving billing support, maintaining accounts, order entry and archiving contractual documents.
Supporting Account Managers and Product Managers on all presentations and key sales materials.
Performing maintenance on customer accounts by coordinating with sales Teams.
Resolving inventory and billing discrepancies.

Skills & Qualifications

2 years similar experience, preferably in an IT company.
Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn.
Pro-active individual with a “can do” attitude, who goes the extra mile.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a Team.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

Reports To

Business Unit Manager, Logicom Saudi Arabia.

Remuneration

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer.
