Sales Account Manager - Logicom Distribution - Doha, Qatar

We are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our Qatar-based offices, to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and pursuing new business opportunities in the market.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts and addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the IT industry, focusing on potential clients and markets in Qatar. Proactively pitching products and services to potential customers and establishing partnerships to increase sales revenue.
  • Utilizing extensive knowledge of the IT industry to stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. Providing valuable insights and guidance to the team to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline, conducting regular sales forecasting, and developing action plans to meet or exceed company objectives.
  • Working closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of projects and enhance customer experience.
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring favourable outcomes for both parties. Drafting and finalizing contractual agreements while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress using the company's CRM system. Generating periodic reports for management, highlighting sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Acting as a customer advocate within the organization, communicating customer needs, challenges, and feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business and IT, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record as a successful Account Manager or Sales Manager in the IT industry, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong network and connections within the IT market in
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and meet ambitious targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT equipment, software, installations, and related services.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English is required.

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.
