Job Overview

The Marketing Associate is responsible for the support and development of the company’s ongoing and new campaigns and strategies, contributing to the implementation of marketing strategies, whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supporting and executing the marketing plan and campaigns.
  • Preparing and delivering presentations.
  • Visiting clients and attending client meetings.
  • Preparing and delivering business proposals.
  • Preparing with the rest of the Team the production of marketing material and literature, such as web content, brochures and press releases.
  • Preparing with the rest of the Team the collation of information for promotional literature.
  • Organising or be part of a Team for events, exhibitions and seminars, making bookings and overseeing the guest list.
  • Uploading material to websites, social media pages, online libraries and marketing department databases.
  • Communicating with graphic and website designers.
  • Attending trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Attending trainings and achieving relevant certifications.
  • Playing an essential role in delivering high quality and creative work in line with overall targets.
  • Any other duties commensurate with the position as appropriate.

Skills & Qualifications

  • University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or other Business related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of Marketing experience (Experience in marketing within the IT Services will be an advantage).
  • The capacity to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of brands.
  • Ability to implement comprehensive marketing goals, strategies, and plans.
  • Proven ability to manage or be part of simultaneous projects to successful completion under tight deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.

Remuneration

A remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate in line with the Company’s compensation scheme and based on the qualifications and experience.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.
