Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Presales Specialist - NetApp to join the Logicom Team. The Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our resellers and assisting all locations Logicom operates within various pre-sales activities, including but not limited to webinars and training initiatives.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned Partner/ territory accounts.
  • Leading solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and Partner personnel.
  • Guaranteeing Partner compliance based on agreements and certifications.
  • Driving adoption of company programs among assigned Partners.
  • Executing storage presales and solution design by developing proposals, BOM, estimating service costs, and defining the scope of work to optimize storage solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Ensuring and being accountable for the accuracy of solutions design-based.
  • Collaborating closely with the internal Account Managers to create and develop storage opportunities and solutions on Vendor portal.
  • Conducting on-site and off-site visits to client locations to gather their requirements and present solution designs.
  • Participating in sales support, presenting and conducting POC to demonstrate the solution’s value and benefits to the client.
  • Enhancing storage and IT knowledge proactively by continuously learning new and evolving technologies and achieving relevant industry and professional certifications.
  • Contributing to the company’s vision and direction by actively improving technical practices and choosing key technologies and issues to address as we grow.
  • Achieving personal objectives by confirming the feasibility of all solutions designed and implemented; fostering a high-performance culture in collaboration with the engagement team to assist clients in identifying comprehensive IT solutions that address their business objectives.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HW storage solutions, Solution Architect Design, Customer Support, Technical Support.
  • Knowledge in Storage Products with cloud-based solutions.
  • Deep experience and expertise in NETAPP, DELLEMC, HPE, PURE Storage, IBM or similar products.
  • Good command of English in speaking, listening, and writing.
  • Solid presentation skills required.
  • Self-motivated, passionate about technology, great team-player, excellent problem solver and ethical.
  • Adaptable to work under tight schedules and pressure.

Remuneration

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer.
