Job Overview

We are currently looking for an Inside Sales representative who will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients & client business referrals. Provide prospective customers/ clients with all services offered, and additional information as needed. Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients.
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Working with sales team when closing sale.
  • Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Closing sales and working with client through closing process.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years Sales experience, preferably in a software company
  • Basic understanding of technology and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

Remuneration

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).
