Περιγραφή Θέσης

Η Newcytech αναζητά Κλητήρα για πλήρη απασχόληση για να εκτελεί σχετικά καθήκοντα στην περιοχή της Λευκωσίας και καθήκοντα διαχείρισης αποθήκης (παραλαβές και παραδόσεις).

Καθήκοντα & Ευθύνες:

  • Παράδοση αναλωσίμων φωτοτυπικών για συμβόλαια συντήρησης με πελάτες της εταιρείας.
  • Παράδοση εμπορευμάτων σε πελάτες, εντός Λευκωσία.
  • Παραλαβή επιταγών από πελάτες και κατάθεση στις τράπεζες.
  • Παράδοση και παραλαβή αντικειμένων, όπως φάκελοι, έγγραφα και πακέτα σε/από πελάτες, κυβερνητικές υπηρεσίες και εταιρείες του ομίλου.
  • Βοήθεια στην αποθήκη, κυρίως στην παραλαβή εμπορευμάτων μεγάλων ποσοτήτων.
  • Βοήθεια και υποστήριξη στις περιοδικές απογραφές (stock-takes) που γίνονται 4 φορές το χρόνο.
  • Οποιαδήποτε άλλα συναφή καθήκοντα ήθελαν ανατεθεί ή κριθεί αναγκαία από τη Διεύθυνση της Εταιρείας.

Δεξιότητες & Προσόντα:

  • Άριστη γνώση το οδικού δικτύου της Λευκωσίας.
  • Καθαρό ποινικό μητρώο και άδεια οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου τύπου Β, Β1 και ΒΕ και μοτοσυκλέτας τύπου Α1
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε παρόμοια θέση θα θεωρηθεί ως επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Άριστη δυνατότητα διαχείρισης χρόνου.
  • Υψηλό αίσθημα ευθύνης, ευγένεια και διακριτικότητα.
  • Άριστη χρήση τόσο της Ελληνικής όσο και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Ευελιξία και προθυμία στην εκτέλεση των καθηκόντων.
  • Αξιοπιστία.

 Στον Διευθυντή αποθηκών της Εταιρίας.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.

Note that a separate agreement between you and the Company Doctor regarding Data Privacy will need to be signed.
