Job overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day treasury operations, ensuring the efficient management of cash flows, banking activities, supplier payments, and financial reconciliations, while supporting the company's financial reporting and internal control framework.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Preparing, executing, and reconciling weekly supplier payments.
  • Managing daily banking activities, including bank reconciliations and cash position monitoring.
  • Preparing daily bank balance reports and monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Monitoring company liquidity and supporting treasury planning, including foreign exchange (USD) exposure and hedging forecasts.
  • Performing monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, suppliers, petty cash, and intercompany balances.
  • Calculating withholding taxes and ensuring timely submission of supporting documentation to suppliers.
  • Recording supplier invoices and accruals, including CSP vendors and marketplace transactions.
  • Monitoring unposted transactions and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Preparing treasury-related reports, funding cost calculations, and financial forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Collaborating closely with Accounting, Procurement, and Group Finance to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Good understanding of banking operations, cash management, and financial reconciliations.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is considered an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Good command of the English language (written and spoken).

Remuneration

A remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate in line with the Company’s compensation scheme and based on the qualifications and experience.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).
