Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for creating compelling content, implementing offline and online marketing initiatives, and driving brand awareness.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing and executing all vendor and corporate marketing plans and campaigns.
- Keeping records and managing the corporate marketing budget and vendors’ Marketing funds.
- Promoting the company’s products and services to Customers, as well as company’s corporate identity.
- Preparing all marketing materials and literature (such as case studies, articles, press releases, brochures, etc.,) to promote company’s and vendor’s products, solutions, and services, in alignment with other internal and external teams (i.e. sales team, vendor team, printing companies, exhibition organizers etc.).
- Managing and updating the company’s social media pages, online libraries, and marketing department databases, using company’s tools and platforms.
- Creating landing pages and preparing the content for the company’s website, while performing regular website updates, using company’s tools and platforms.
- Use and maintain company’s email marketing platform and ensure that all company’s email databases are up to date.
- Organizing and attending company’s events, exhibitions, and seminars- from bookings, marketing materials preparation, dispatching of invitations, guest list follow ups etc.).
- Encouraging other departments in the organization to take part in promotional activities.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, to translate technical information into accessible and compelling marketing materials.
- Working closely with the sales team, to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, and support lead generation.
- Regularly communicating marketing updates, performance metrics, and new initiatives to internal stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek & English languages.
- Ability to create engaging and persuasive content for a technical audience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in marketing tools and platforms.

Remuneration
